Responsibilities
Delivering all stages of the Platform Enterprise Business Development cycle.
Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle.
Forecasting and delivering revenue targets.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions.
Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs and pain points.
Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.
Working with our Solutions and Product teams to define creative solutions to meet customer requirements.
Developing quotes, proposals and contracts for prospective customers.
Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals and selling new transformative solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of Platform and Enterprise sales experience.
Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc).
A highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and are able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect.
Comfort dealing with technology and using workplace tools.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred
Experience in selling digital Health and Wellness solutions preferred.
