Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end PLM implementation, covering core modules such as:

Part Management

Bill of Materials (BOM)

Change Management

Configurator

Quality Management

Requirements Management

Test Case Management

Ensure alignment of PLM solutions with business objectives.

Lead integration efforts, particularly between Windchill and Aras.

Implement analytics solutions on Windchill using Power BI to provide actionable insights for product lifecycle management.

Enable data-driven decision-making through custom dashboards and reports.

Design and maintain the overall PLM data model and data architecture.

Conduct data mapping, consolidation, and analytics for effective product management.

Develop and deliver comprehensive PLM solution designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on PLM architecture and best practices.

Work closely with product management, engineering, and IT teams to understand and address business requirements.

Ensure smooth coordination between technical and business teams.

Required

Hands-on experience with Windchill and Aras PLM systems.

Proven track record of successful PLM implementations covering a wide range of modules.

Experience in integrating Windchill with Aras or other enterprise systems.

Proficiency in implementing Power BI analytics on Windchill or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of PLM data models, data architecture, mapping, and consolidation.

Experience in designing, coordinating, and architecting PLM solutions.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

PLM systems: 7 years (Required)

Windchill: 1 year (Required)

Aras: 1 year (Required)

Preferred

Experience in industries leveraging PLM systems extensively (e.g., manufacturing, aerospace, automotive).

Familiarity with quality management and test case management in PLM.

Certification or advanced training in Windchill/Aras PLM.
