Responsibilities
Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to product lifecycle management.
Gather and analyze data / Requirement to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
Drive Business discussions and enable design discussions related to PLM requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Identify different possible and feasible solutions, considering the pros and cons of each alternative.
Create functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements for PLM initiatives.
Effective / Strong communication skills to discuss with important stakeholders from other teams.
Help implement technology solutions to achieve business goals.
Develop solution-oriented strategies using cost-benefit analysis or SWOT analysis.
Independently should be able to drive discussions and generate all required deliverables (brainstorming sessions outputs / as is diagrams / to be architectures etc).
Knowledge on regulatory processes related to materials – highly recommended.

Required
14-18 years of PLM experience
