Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Sewer and Drain Services.
Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and installation teams.
Establish customer rapport to present products and services.
Understand sales criteria and exceed revenue goals.
Keep company truck clean and inventory up to date.
Complete paperwork accurately.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Participate in training and mentor apprentices.
Successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation.
Apply sound business judgment to decisions.
Stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods.
Lift up to 100 pounds and work from ladders up to two stories high.
Know local plumbing codes and apply them practically.
Work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure correct project work.
Draw simple riser diagrams and read them.
Perform plumbing techniques such as soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair.

Required
3-5 Years Experience as a Sewer, Drain and Camera Service Technician Working for a Licensed Contractor
High School Diploma or GED
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager and installation teams
Know how to establish customer rapport to present the right products and services
Understand sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Keep your company truck clean, inside/out and inventory up to date
Properly complete paperwork
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Train and mentor apprentices
Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation
Must be capable of applying sound business judgment to all decisions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods of time
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and work from ladder up to two stories in height
Must know local plumbing codes and be able to apply them in a practical manner on each job
Must be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
Must be able to draw simple riser diagrams and be able to read them
Capable of plumbing techniques such as soldering, pipe threading, drain cleaning, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair
