Responsibilities
Project Governance: Define and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. Assist in implementing project management modules in ServiceNow and automation of capacity planning analysis.
Portfolio Management: Oversee the cloud services project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized and aligned with business objectives. Monitor project progress and performance.
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate PM resources effectively across cloud services projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing workloads. Work with Cloud Engineering leadership to assign cloud engineers with appropriate skillsets to each project and forecast future needs based on demand pipeline.
Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and communication plans. Present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues.
Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are met. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Team Leadership: Mentor and support project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Train individual project managers to effectively communicate project risk, current status, project dates and completion estimates.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex cloud services projects and leading PMO functions.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with portfolio management software and tools.
Ability to translate complex project requirements into clear and actionable plans.
AWS or Azure experience.
