Responsibilities
Collaborate with government counterparts to plan and execute Agile program activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery cycles.
Facilitate the definition and prioritization of requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
Oversee and contribute to Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and demonstrations to maintain team alignment and focus.
Manage process and/or IT-focused gap analyses, ensuring that deliverables address identified needs effectively.
Review and approve detailed design documentation, including user stories, process flows, and configuration guides.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and conduct demonstrations of capabilities for stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams working on new-build web applications, data integration, and system interfaces, emphasizing scalable and secure solutions.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices, with a focus on DevSecOps methodologies in alignment with DoD policies.
Monitor program risks and issues, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain regular communication with government stakeholders to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and report program progress.

Required
At least 5 years of experience in a Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, or Business Analyst role supporting agile software development programs for DoD business systems, or other relevant experience.
Demonstrated understanding of agile software development frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Ability to interface effectively with multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and executive stakeholders.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address complex technical and business scenarios.
Familiarity with DoD finance, contracting, acquisition, and logistics systems.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline.
Experience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has 7 or more years of relevant experience.
Must be able to sit, type, hear, see, and speak for extended periods.
Must consistently work and type on a computer for prolonged periods.
Must be able to communicate accurate information and ideas to ensure understanding.
Must be able to lift/carry at least 15 lbs.
May be required to move about inside an office to access file cabinets, office supplies, etc.

Some travel may be required.
Normal work schedule hours may vary, Monday through Friday. May be required to work additional hours and/or weekends, as needed, to meet deadlines or to fulfill travel obligations.
Preferred
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is highly desired.
Experience managing programs using Agile Release Trains and incremental delivery models is a plus.
Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies and/or Program Management are desired.
