Responsibilities
Planning, writing, production, and editing of podcast episodes.
Conduct research on industry trends, topics, and guest speakers (initially hypothetical) for podcast content.
Coordinate internally with team members, team lead and manager.
Assist in scripting and creating engaging podcast content that aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with podcasting trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work on your skills for holistic improvement of the quality of the podcast and your personal growth.

Required
Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong passion for podcasting, storytelling, and digital media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Must be available to attend the meetings on a regular basis.
Must be available to commit to a 120-day internship.
Preferred
Having any kind of experience in podcasting would be preferable.
Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus.
Knowledge of B2B marketing and familiarity with industry trends is preferred.
