Responsibilities

Manage the billing cycle, including claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.

Advise on Product Improvement: Provide insights and suggestions to our development team to enhance the billing and coding features of our software based on your industry experience.

Collaborate with podiatrists and their staff to address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.

Identify and resolve any coding errors to maximize reimbursement.

Monitor and follow up on unpaid claims and manage patient balances.

Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in podiatry billing and coding.
