Required
At least three (3) years of experience in policy analysis and policy writing either in Government (federal, state, or local).
Strong knowledge with creating and deriving policies in a start-up environment.
Strong interviewing and listening skills.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster harmonious relationships.
Preferred
Security Clearance: Federal contractor roles often require specific security clearances.
