Responsibilities

Analysis of health care metrics ranging from ACO, MSSP & HEDIS/Stars

Works in conjunction with the Manager of Population Health Quality, other analysts in the department, Risk Adjustment & Finance

Supports operational departments as a subject matter expert

Performs analysis, validation and creates routine quality measure performance reports

Develops and collaborates with clinical teams on action plans to drive performance improvements

Performs other adhoc analysis for the health system

Provides internal consulting services and technical/subject matter expertise system-wide regarding healthcare quality metrics and analytics

Required

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered

Minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing health care quality measure data, including analyzing medical claims, utilization and financial data, preferably in a managed care environment
