Responsibilities
Administers the Portal in support of data visualization and dashboards.
Manages SharePoint and ServiceNow.
Responsible for ensuring that the portal is current and up to date.
Maintains status for all portal projects and assists to resolve all issues for new and existing channels and automates all processes.
Performs tests on all configuration and upgrade processes, achieves all objectives, and maintains knowledge on new technology for all portal environment.
Determines all long-term objectives for the site and recommends enhancements to all content according to guidelines.
Maintains an efficient portal documentation system.

Required
BA/BS or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with portal administration
Experience with MS SharePoint and ServiceNow
Security+ certification
Secret clearance
