Responsibilities

Coordinates with Product Management, Finance, and Go-to-Market on offers, availability and offer structures

Establishes standardized offer structures to aid in speed to market

Articulates the most effective way of going to market for an offer, balancing back end system limitations with the processes our GTM teams use today

Ensures that the products they are responsible for have an identified and agreed upon product or feature roadmap

If required, ensure that senior leadership is briefed and approves of offer specifics before they go to market

Provides early visibility to downstream teams of upcoming offers to help with capacity planning and prioritization

Ensures cross sleeve awareness of offers to understand where overlaps or leverage can occur

Drive post-GA retrospective discussions and 6-month product reviews to drive improvements back into the overall process
