Responsibilities
Manage the performance of renewable energy investments, including solar, wind, and BESS assets, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability.
Develop and execute asset management strategies aligned with both financial and environmental goals.
Partner with finance, engineering, and legal teams to address operational challenges and capitalise on market opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling, performance reporting, and budget analysis to enhance portfolio returns and manage risk exposure.
Evaluate potential exits or recapitalisations, supporting strategic decision-making for portfolio growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in asset management, private equity, or venture capital, with a proven track record in renewable energy investments
Expertise in renewable energy operations, financial strategies, and market dynamics
Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools
Preferred
MBA or CFA
