Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end resource allocation for large-scale programs and portfolios.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify resource needs, forecast demand, and resolve capacity constraints.
Maintain accurate records of resource availability, skills, and assignments to optimize utilization.
Oversee portfolio initiatives to ensure timely, within-scope project delivery.
Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, offering insights to drive strategic decisions.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and best practices across all portfolio activities.
Serve as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and project managers to align priorities and address challenges.
Foster a culture of partnership and accountability across cross-functional teams.
Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency and resource optimization.
Leverage data-driven insights to support IT go-to-market strategies and decision-making.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, project management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in resource or portfolio management, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proficiency in resource management and portfolio management tools
PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus
