Responsibilities

Develop and review 24-month portfolio tickler schedule to identify opportunities for meeting client objectives

Analyze portfolio data to support scenario planning efforts of Portfolio Managers

Prepare support materials for quarterly portfolio overviews with clients

Maintain data related to key performance indicators and ensure alignment with Firm's Real Estate Strategy metrics

Support ad hoc analyses as assigned by head of Portfolio Management or regional Portfolio Manager

Assist with analyses for proposed real estate solutions/opportunities

Work with Financial Control to understand and verify financial impact of opportunities identified

Collaborate with other CS Real Estate teams as required
