Responsibilities
Provide effective audio and video remote interpreting
Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
Perform basic troubleshooting for technical issues
Provide superior customer service
Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
Complete assigned training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring

Required
Full fluency in both English and Portuguese
Technology proficient (including but limited to: web based platforms, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
Preferred
professional interpreting experience
industry specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
proof of 40+ hour medical interpreting training (ex: Bridging The Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.)
