Responsibilities

Independently manage a pipeline of files to review and reconcile for post consummation CD requirements

Request and retrieve settlement statements from escrow/title and reconcile to Encompass to determine need for PCCD

Assist with tasks relating to post purchase requests from investors, warehouse banks, etc.

Maintain individual production level of PCCDs delivered as well as Post Purchase deficiencies addressed

Maintain courteous and accurate communication with loan officers, processors, underwriters, closers, or compliance specialists to ensure deficiencies are resolved in a timely manner

Record notes of issues and actions taken in loan origination system

Attend training sessions, meetings, volunteer feedback, and ask questions
