Responsibilities

Establish in vitro systems using liver iPSC or primary hepatic cell cultures to develop tools that can recapitulate ADC-cell interactions that occur in-vivo
Through the development and implementation of in vitro technologies, mechanistic hypothesis will be explored to define the structural characteristics of ADCs that contribute to pharmacologically undesirable interactions with liver cells that ultimately influence clearance and downstream toxicities.
In vitro finding will be further confirmed by testing hypotheses in vivo pre-clinical models.
Driving innovation, independent thinking, problem solving, and meticulous design, execution and interpretation of experiments under minimal supervision.
Collaborating and seeking guidance from subject matter experts, including toxicologists, complex cell culture specialists, cancer biologists, and protein scientists, to achieve project objectives.
Working with mentors to develop and apply complex in vitro assays to develop translatable models.
Presenting the research work at various internal and external meetings and conferences and publish in relevant peer-reviewed journals.
Contributing to building a culture that embraces scientific excellence, urgency, partnerships with key stakeholders, continuous learning and improvement, increasing technical skill base and neurotoxicology expertise.
Ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out according to scientific, ethical and regulatory standards.
