Responsibilities

Lead the planning and conducting of research study activities with PI guidance as needed.
Conduct research studies following approvals and safety protocols.
Collect and enter research data accurately into specified programs or databases.
Participate in statistical analysis and interpretation of research findings.
Prepare scientific writings and presentations related to research findings.
Maintain a program timeline for task completion.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Required

Doctoral degree
Two or more years of related experience and a track-record of research dissemination through peer-reviewed journal publications
Strong sense of initiative and ability to complete tasks requiring independent judgment
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer-aided design and computational modeling software packages (e.g.; SolidWorks, Ansys, Abaqus, Fluent, SimVascular, etc)
Sufficient knowledge of program study area

Preferred

Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
CITI training within 5 days of hire
