Responsibilities

Prepare metal surfaces for coating by cleaning, sandblasting, or chemical treatment.

Select appropriate powder coating materials and set up coating equipment.

Apply powder coating using spray guns or other application methods.

Ensure even coating application and coverage of metal parts.

Operate curing ovens to bake powder-coated parts to specified temperatures.

Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Conduct quality inspections of coated parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.

Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and tools as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
