Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
Perform data analysis, data transformation, and data cleaning to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
Create and maintain Power BI datasets, reports, and queries to support business needs.
Troubleshoot and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
Assist with the integration of Power BI with other systems, databases, and data sources.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Power BI solutions.

Required
3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar data analytics role.
Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating custom calculations.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating various data sources into Power BI.
Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning in the field of data visualization and analytics.
Preferred
Previous experience working with government organizations is a plus.
Experience with other Microsoft tools such as Excel, Azure, or SQL Server is a plus.
Experience working in Agile environments.
