Responsibilities
Preparing data for analysis by connecting to various data sources and databases, and creating joins across them
Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data and key metrics
Analyzing data to uncover trends and patterns, and to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Building data models using tools like SQL and Power BI
Ensuring data quality and reliability by performing quality checks
Troubleshooting errors in reports and offering methods of improvement
Training end-users on how to use Power BI-based reports and dashboards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as business analysts and project managers
Ensuring data security and compliance
