Responsibilities
Operationally support the end-user experience in an O365 environment by monitoring 350 flows across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
Monitoring the health of the flows and troubleshoot any errors in the flows
Support troubleshooting and ticket resolution
Monitor 84 apps across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
Provide system support necessary for maintaining stability and reconfiguring the system where necessary to obtain maximum performance
Consult on issues and growth of the Data Gateways including custom configurations to support the USPS environment
Monitor Power BI and Power App Usage to spot any security anomalies using the Center of Excellence (COE) or equivalent tool.
Work with Ace Server Management on requests for additional Data Gateways
Develop and maintain Power BI Dashboards
Consult on Power Platform and Power BI Tenant settings
Monitor the COE flows across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
Restarting stalled flows
Troubleshooting any errors in the flows
Work with team to update the COE as needed
Develop and maintain any custom solutions in the COE
Assist Makers in using the power platform per the governance policies in place
Maintain the COE Power BI Dashboards
Update the COE Dashboards as part of the COE Update
Edit the Dashboards to work in the USPS environment
Troubleshoot any issues with the dashboards
Responsible for the day to day running of the On-Prem SharePoint farms (FWS and Lite Blue)
Work with team to develop and execute a plan to move the farms to SharePoint online using various migration tools
Work with site owners to help transition the on-prem content to SharePoint online
Assist team in managing SharePoint online, including the systems that run on top of it

Required
3 + years of related experience
Hands-on experience with the MS Power BI suite
Expert in SharePoint
Must have in-depth knowledge and expertise in various aspects of system design including but not limited to O365 digital collaboration
Strong communication, leadership, organization, ability to drive projects and provide day-to-day direction to team members, demonstrated strong project/program management skills on a network infrastructure team and teamwork
Minimum of 3 - 7 years of Microsoft Solution Architecture experience or equivalent
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years
Preferred
A Bachelors degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred; in lieu of degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant experience is required.

Power Platform Solutions Architect, Power Platform Admin Certification, Power Platform Developer Certification, preferred but not required
SharePoint Certification, preferred but not required
