Responsibilities

Power Apps Development: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) to meet business needs.
Power Automate: Create and manage automated workflows to integrate data and processes across various systems.
Power BI: Develop and deploy interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
Power Virtual Agents: Build intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to automate customer service and other business processes.
System Integration: Work with APIs, connectors, and third-party systems to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise tools and platforms.
Customization & Optimization: Customize and optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the applications and workflows effectively.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT staff, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications and workflows developed, including code, configurations, and user guides.

Required

2+ years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles and frameworks.
Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps).
Expertise in Power Automate, including designing complex workflows and integrations.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
Experience with Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development.
Familiarity with Common Data Service (Dataverse), SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Experience with integrations (API, SQL Server, REST, SOAP).
