Responsibilities
Governance of Microsoft Power Platform: Support and govern the Microsoft Power Platform implementation, including ensuring adherence to internal and vendor-hosted systems. Ensure all systems comply with established IT and project requirements.
System Design & Integration: Research and analyze business needs to define system scope and objectives. Design interfaces to integrate various systems to meet business needs. Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions based on business and technical specifications.
Vendor & Compliance Management: Act as a liaison between business partners. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that they meet contractual deliverables. Perform continuous monitoring of vendor-hosted systems for compliance with IT requirements. Document findings and provide solutions for any compliance discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation related to application status, compliance actions, and project updates. Track progress and ensure that all tasks are completed in alignment with the project timelines and requirements. Produce regular status reports for both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Application Lifecycle Management: Participate in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). This includes: + Requirements Definition and Documentation + System Analysis and Design + Change Management Documentation + System Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Project Timeline Estimation
Technical Analysis and Problem Solving: Evaluate and analyze business and system interactions. Design technical solutions to meet business objectives, ensuring the alignment of technical design with business needs. Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the system design and implementation process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business partners, application development teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals. Ensure that all requirements are clearly understood and addressed during the project’s lifecycle.

Required
Experience in governance of Microsoft Power Platform applications and environments.
Strong ability to analyze contractual agreements and work with vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
In-depth understanding of application systems analysis and design, particularly within enterprise-level environments.
Strong ability to document technical processes, business requirements, and compliance actions. Detail-oriented, with a focus on clear, concise, and accurate reporting.
Proven experience in working through all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing.
Ability to identify issues within systems, provide solutions, and facilitate resolution in a timely manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, including business stakeholders, application developers, and external vendors. Clear communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
The ability to interpret and translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for both the business and vendors. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance and documentation.
Preferred
A strong background in managing the lifecycle of applications, especially within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Any certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform, system analysis, or application governance are a plus.
