Responsibilities
Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, engaging with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate and resolve problem areas by determining and implementing effective solutions.
Develop enhancements and support for Power Platform applications, focusing on Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Implement Agile development processes, including sprint planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Required
8+ years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development, particularly with Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
Strong experience in designing Power BI reports and developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows.
Solid understanding of Dataverse tables and the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
Preferred
3+ years of strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
Proven teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with functional and technical staff.
