Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate, integrating with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications as needed.

Create and manage chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to improve customer service and internal communication.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices and organizational standards.

Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Power Platform solutions.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and performance of Power Platform solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Power Platform, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.

Document solutions, including design, configuration, and user guides, to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Required

Proven experience as a Power Platform specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Power Platform.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience with data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.

Must have experience in the Microsoft Stack (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate). Back-end experience is needed, but they'll be primarily focused on Power Apps front-end and Power BI report development.
