Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with 100+ micro/mid-tier influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with focus on conversion and engagement metrics
Work alongside PR agency to help manage large-scale influencer partnerships
Execute end-to-end creator partnerships including discovery, outreach, contract negotiation, and performance tracking
Lead monthly product seeding program with clear ROI metrics and conversion tracking, with the help of PR agency
Maintain comprehensive influencer database using various platforms
Serve as brand ambassador in all influencer and media communications
Assist in developing and executing PR strategies aligned with CPG industry trends and brand goals
Create compelling press materials and manage editorial calendar for seasonal campaigns
Lead strategic gifting initiatives including product drops and media mailers, alongside PR agency
Track and report coverage metrics and media conversion rates
Drive cross-functional content strategy, focusing on UGC optimization and campaign amplification
Deliver bi-weekly trend reports with actionable insights and ROI projections
Monitor campaign performance across platforms using analytics tools
Support platform scheduling for influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives

Required
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience that shows you’re the right fit for the role.
2+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media management, ideally in the CPG space.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.
Proficiency with PR tools, influencer marketing platforms, and analytics software.
Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize campaign performance and data analysis.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Organizational prowess that lets you juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
