Responsibilities

Facilitates and supports the Clinical Hiring process with Site Chiefs for Physicians and Anesthetists.
Facilitates and manages the creation of improved processes, quality control, and communication between scheduling and physician division leaders.
Works closely with customer administrative teams to resolve issues, including scheduling, billing, and staffing, and escalates as needed.
Prepares and maintains necessary spreadsheets needed for managing business projects.
Acts as a point of contact between various parties to answer questions, provide recommendations, and align processes.
Acts as Lead to lower-level support for guidance and provides indirect oversight on daily operations.
Maintains executive administrative support functions including organization calendars, shared calendars, office records, and record of meetings.
Manages compilation of data for creation and ongoing maintenance for MSO/Practice PowerPoint.
Maintains practice support such as scheduling of Physician and Anesthetist recertification.

Required

Associates Degree
Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
Proficiency in the effective management of physician schedules and QGenda
Ability to review scheduling for accuracy
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various providers, including anesthesiologists, Anesthetists & hospital staff during stressful situations
Demonstrates the ability to maintain, adapt and create necessary spreadsheets needed for managing business projects
Demonstrates competence in working effectively as a team member, as well as independently
Demonstrates effective time management
