Responsibilities

Spearhead the management and enhancement of nephrology practice operational infrastructure, optimizing organizational efficiency and integration with physician partners, with a focus on quality, utilization, and cost-of-care management.

Collaborate with senior leadership to advance the practice resources program, revolutionizing the healthcare landscape.

Provide expert guidance to Kidney Care Entity practices linked with Interwell Health; identify gaps and offer solutions for success within value-based care models.

Lead discussions in internal and external meetings centered on Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting performance, leveraging your nephrology expertise.

Strategize with the Program Management team, applying your subject matter knowledge to operationalize and execute the Comprehensive Kidney Care Contracting program.

Contribute to the development of a robust process improvement plan for Interwell Health-partnered medical practices, ensuring streamlined operations.

Assist with other projects or tasks as needed (I.e. physician practice revenue cycle) management, etc.)
