Responsibilities

Open and organize all interoffice mail for team members

Answer timekeeper phones as necessary

Assist with lunch orders, car service, and scheduling tasks

Greet visitors and provide amenities

Provide administrative support by conducting research and preparing reports

Review and proofread documents for accuracy

Handle confidential information with discretion

Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements

Assist with overflow work and special projects

Maintain files and document management systems

Complete document processing and correspondence accurately

Support business development using CRM tools

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
