Responsibilities
Lead Lean Manufacturing System Design Process
Determine cycle times on machine based and labor-based processes
Determine headcount for budget and forecasting
Drive high utilization for man, machine, and material
Design efficient material movement and work in process handling
Analyze plant equipment and floor space capacity, identify gaps and plans for improvement
Design in ergonomics on all system workstations
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
36 months of experience in the job offered or related
Experience providing floor support in industrial engineering
Experience working in assembly and other types of manufacturing processes
Experience leading multi-disciplined teams through a project
Experience working with Auto Cad
