Responsibilities
Drive presales and solution activities, including solution design and project planning.
Develop solutions to address business problems using proven methods and tools, collaborating with cross-technology SMEs as required.
Contribute to project strategy and deliverable planning for clients.
Work effectively with geographically dispersed teams (offshore) to ensure timely responses to clients and account teams.
Articulate evolving business solutions and present them to client audiences.
Lead product demos and support proof of concept efforts as required.
Assess and communicate engagement impacts, business objectives, risks, and quality goals to guide teams.
Interface with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery phases.
Develop and share reusable assets applicable to new opportunities.
Lead and manage all presales activities for TP’s Technology Services, including solution design, project planning, and ensuring smooth transitions to delivery.
Collaborate with account managers, group leads, and cross-functional resources to support TP’s sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer engagement and driving repeat business.
Clearly articulate the value of TP’s technology solutions and services across vertical industries.
Manage the account management and pre sales process, ensuring timely execution of Technology Services opportunities.

Required
15+ years of IT experience, including at least 7 years in presales/solutions, focused on complex deals requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Proven experience building cross-technology solutions across multiple client environments.
Expertise in managing both team-oriented and independent work environments, with strong leadership capabilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of summarizing technical requirements for executive leadership.
Experience in competitive research, market analysis, and developing persuasive, client-centric messaging.
Deep understanding of industry trends and technologies, with the ability to convert insights into actionable solutions for customers.
Demonstrated success in negotiating, presenting, and visually communicating ideas at all organizational levels.
Preferred
Multi-industry domain expertise.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to independently develop business case models and sales strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with business stakeholders.
Ability to proactively propose alternative solutions to customers.
Results-oriented with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Capacity to understand market needs and collaborate with solution teams to create innovative industry solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
