Responsibilities

Required
Proven executive leadership experience in a technology-driven environment, with a strong background in technology and innovation.
Demonstrated success in leading a technology company through phases of rapid growth and transformation.
Expertise in developing and leading successful sales channel strategies.
Comprehensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational optimization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
Proven track record in preparing companies for strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, or recapitalizations.
Preferred
Experience with capital markets and investment banking is highly desirable.
