Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of a comprehensive strategic vision to position the company for long-term growth and market leadership.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to drive business expansion.
Oversee the development and implementation of innovative telehealth solutions and services.
Lead and inspire a high-performing functional leadership team to drive new initiatives and achieve operational excellence
Optimize business processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and state-specific telehealth regulations.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional healthcare experiences.
Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Continuously improve customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
Recruit, hire, and develop top talent to build a strong and diverse leadership team.
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Required
Proven track record of success in leadership roles within e-commerce, telehealth, or healthcare organizations.
Deep understanding of the D2C e-commerce and/or healthcare industries.
Understanding of D2C marketing metrics and how to profitably attract healthcare consumers and drive consumer engagement.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Preferred
Beneficial if experienced in regulated healthcare environments such as pharmacy or telehealth.
