Responsibilities
Own the Ratemaking Indication model and its' associated methodology for recreational products.
Review current approaches and lead research for new methods or models implementation.
Provide insights on ratemaking assumptions and defend to state Departments of Insurance.
Support additional analytical projects as needed.
Provide support for ACAS candidates pursuing FCAS credentials and Continuing Education requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience.
In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of analytical work experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience.
Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation or higher.
Preferred
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with general ratemaking methods, time series, regressions, GLM, etc.
Proficiency in SQL as well as R, SAS or Python programming
Ability to be persuasive and communicate ideas concisely and effectively, including the ability to question the status quo and move things forward
