Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pricing models to support business decisions

Determine factors that affect pricing and delivers the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet contractual requirements

Provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies and improve profitability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data

Recommend improvement actions by analyzing and interpreting data, along with input from team members and internal process partners

Perform other duties as required

Required

2+ years of experience in a pricing role of exterior maintenance services (snow removal, landscaping, high pressure cleaning, porter services, parking lot maintenance, pressure washing, etc)

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Problem solver with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to take initiative and manage time effectively

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and projects
