Responsibilities
Responsible for production of detailed cost estimates/price proposals, including cost models/templates, and pricing rationale in accordance with solicitation instructions, corporate policies, and FAR.
Review RFPs and other solicitation documents to determine questions and pricing needs.
Facilitates pricing review sessions and provides pricing guidance to proposal and capture teams.
Identify key financial risks and impacts of these risks on pricing. Run scenario analysis on financial risks and present to Pricing Manager, CFO, and technical teams.
Identify methods to monitor pricing by customer and competitor.
Complete competitor analysis of major competitors; including qualitative and quantitative information.
Solicit and negotiate pricing with subcontractors
Implement and maintain customer and competitor database.

Required
Ability to understand, develop and use pricing models.
Federal pricing experience.
Experience in pricing for various contract types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, etc.)
Experience in reviewing RFPs or other solicitation documents.
Strong project management, analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills required.
Ability to deliver pricing presentations to a variety of audiences.
Proficiency with MS Office including advanced skills in Excel.
Extreme attention to detail
Self-Starter with discipline to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or equivalent
Preferred
State and local government pricing experience
