Responsibilities
Facilitate the undertaking of pricing analysis on new deals and renewals.
Monitor implementation and adherence to pricing guidelines.
Help facilitate design, roll out and update pricing guidelines.
Run analysis to help set price and discount frameworks that drive customer adoption while maintaining margin targets.
Measure and track impact of pricing changes.
Facilitate the design and generation new reports and dashboards as needed.
Help assist a coordinated approach to regular price increases across some segments of our business.
Partner with the Sr. Manager FP&A to devise price setting and executions strategies to meet business price targets and enable profitable business growth.
Presents pricing analysis and recommendations to various teams, up to and including management.
Develops and recommends changes to business processes and policies to improve price performance.
Assists with developing recommendations, based on data insights, for changes in price points to unlock price elasticity.
Collaborates cross functionally to gather, compile, and transform competitive price data from available data sources.
Track and Analyze price performance of the business. Develop strategies and tactics from insights gained by conducting detailed analysis on transactional sales and Win / Loss opportunity data.
Analyzes data to improve decision making regarding pricing.
Facilitates regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management.
Takes initiative in identifying and highlighting issues around pricing and margin.
Provides details including market comparisons, downstream impact of proposals, and review of steps needed to implement change.
Supports the company’s margin and pricing strategic plans / profitability goals. Looks for consistency between the sales and pricing strategies.
Helps establish pricing programs aligned with product / sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
Undertake special pricing projects and ad hoc analysis.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business/accounting/finance or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience within pricing/finance or analytical experience.
Minimum 2 years of pricing experience.
Experience with US healthcare desirable.
High level of knowledge with regards to pricing principles and practices.
Experience working with large volumes of complex data.
Proven data analysis experience and solid grasp of pricing models & techniques.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word).
Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think analytically and critically.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Hands-on and self-directed.
Team player comfortable working with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience in cultivating relationships within the organization, and exerting influence to meet functional objectives.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including command of the English language for reading, writing, and comprehension, to effectively communicate and interact across all functions and levels.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities and responsibilities independently.
