Responsibilities

Utilize internal systems to extract and analyze data, informing pricing strategies

Engage with branch and district managers to gather specific market data

Assist branch and sales teams in understanding and implementing established pricing processes

Collaborate with the Supply Chain department to ensure the prompt integration of cost adjustments into our systems

Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pricing

Generate routine reports to support strategic pricing initiatives

Conduct analyses to understand pricing dynamics across various products, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and addressing profit margin issues

Manage data uploads to ensure completion, and investigate data / integration issues when there are errors or discrepancies

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Over 3 years of relevant work experience

Strong technical proficiency in pricing software and systems, including ERP systems and pricing management platforms

Solid understanding of data management principles, including data entry and quality assurance

Experience in training and user support, with the ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred

Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Pricefx, Microsoft Power BI, Python, or Alteryx is advantageous
