Responsibilities

Lead a subset of pricing operation responsibilities which includes our team's rate revision process, top state pricing ownership, managing the relationship between Product Delivery/IT teams, and enhancing our analyst/manager training curriculum among other items.

Lead a team that influences rate level decisions and oversee implementations to state product design.

Play an important role in developing the analysts and managers on your team while influencing others across Commercial Lines.

Required

A minimum of eight years analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).

OR Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting), with at least two years leadership experience (e.g., supervisory/management role).
