Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies and indication methodologies across multiple lines of business.
Conduct rate revisions for complex states and high-risk perils, including hurricane and wildfire exposures.
Drive enhancements to rating plans and pricing methodologies in collaboration with data science, claims, and other teams.
Serve as the pricing and indications lead on cross-functional projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

Required
Associate or Fellow in Casualty Actuary Society (ACAS or FCAS).
7+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance pricing, indications, and actuarial analysis.
Expertise in developing and executing rate revisions and pricing models for high-risk markets.
Strong project leadership skills with a proven track record of working across teams and managing complex initiatives.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex actuarial insights into actionable recommendations.
