Responsibilities
Partner with the solution engineer (CEAL) to guide the customer through their adoption journey, from onboarding through to adoption, resulting in increased customer usage and product success.
Remove adoption blockers, working with the product management team, connecting customers to FDI resources, and providing general product and analytics guidance.
Create and deliver new content and playbooks.
Develop strong relationships directly with strategic customers by partnering with Fusion Customer Success Managers.
Engage with technical and business stakeholders.

Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience working with top Fusion Analytics customers
Ability to influence and ensure user adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence
Experience partnering with solution engineers to guide customers through their adoption journey
Ability to remove adoption blockers and work with product management teams
Experience connecting customers to FDI resources
Ability to provide general product and analytics guidance
Experience creating and delivering new content and playbooks
Ability to develop strong relationships with strategic customers
Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders
