Responsibilities

Provides Architecture oversight and help the engineering team to implement the architecture for a large program

Ensuring the efficiency, security, and provide the technical support for the program's outcome

Conduct and participate ARB (Architecture Review Board) for Architecture governance and approval

Suggests solution for sophisticated technical design issues encountered by the Cognizant delivery teams.

Participates and drives Architecture and solution discussion with Cognizant’s customer, Cognizant Development team and partners

Guides the engineering team to build the solution in alignment with the overall agreed upon Architecture.

Review the implemented solutions of different development teams.

Design the high level technical architecture during pre-sales cycle (RFP response)

Conduct mind sharing sessions with CTO/ Architects

Required

More 15 years of Software Industry exp

Working experience in Architecture design for Insurance Industry for at least 5 years

Deep technical knowledge in one or many computer languages with web and integration technologies

Insurance COTS product implementation experience

Experience in pre sales support and delivery

Preferred

Experience in Vitech implementation is good to have.
