Responsibilities
Collaborating with technology, product, and business teams to translate customer and business needs into engaging design solutions
Advocating for the customer through human-centered design methods and user testing
Supporting design-led workshops to build alignment across different partners and teams
Offering recommendations and solutions based on design-centered enhancements grounded in research
Connecting with design community peers to learn, share, and teach
Participating in end-to-end product design including usability studies, defining visual designs, and creating prototypes
Contributing to internal design systems, best practices, and guidelines
Creating high-fidelity design assets for development and delivery in collaboration with technology colleagues

Required
At least 4 years of experience with UX and UI design
Preferred
Designing for cross-channel experiences
Comfortable working with Product and Tech partners
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, such as: Adobe Products, Sketch and/or Figma
Familiarity with working and contributing to an established design system
