Responsibilities

Oversee the entire data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting for our key strategic analytical products.

Utilize advanced analytics to answer critical business questions and provide actionable insights.

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects to standardize data, increase its utilization, and promote data-driven decision-making.

Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards, reports, and presentations to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning.

Required

7+ years of experience as a data analyst, with significant experience in complex data modeling (e.g., attribution, LTV, user journey).

3+ years of experience in marketing/growth analytics.

High proficiency in SQL is essential.

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.

Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in interpreting complex datasets, identifying patterns, and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions.

Demonstrated ownership and ability to independently drive projects from inception to completion.

Proven ability to manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders, combined with assertiveness and the ability to challenge the status quo when necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex business challenges.

Preferred

Prior experience in a consulting firm or advertising agency is highly desirable.
