Responsibilities
Lead discussions with the business to analyze and define processes at the enterprise level, including pain points, key gaps, metrics and improvement areas.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
Partner with the business to understand challenges and process impacts in order achieve business objectives
Execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and reporting
Manage and be the source of truth for Falcon Complete data
Integrate systems, enhance tool functionality, and automate tasks to provide a seamless experience for end users
Support Falcon Complete teams in project setup and/or wrap-up activities to aid in accurate resource planning, revenue forecasting & recognition, revenue activities, and engagement analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for modifications to operational workflows
Partner with leadership teams and appropriate stakeholders to identify and implement process changes
Outline project timelines, resource requirements, and project stakeholders and report accordingly to requesting team
Perform gap analysis, support data collection, and gather documentation resources
Analyze internal and cross-departmental business processes for efficiency
Train and assist employees to use new systems or process frameworks
Assist the team manager in mentoring and leading Business Operations team members
Assist with escalations and ensure action is taken in a timely manner
Attend and actively participate in select leadership meetings
Ensure governance is implemented for maintaining up to date documentation and accurate data for the Business Operations team

Required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in a business operations or business analyst role
Demonstrated project and/or program management experience
Excellent working knowledge of managed services and customer success
Experience in business process improvement, including gathering and documenting business requirements
Demonstrated experience applying business process improvement methodology to drive process improvements.
Excellent understanding and experience in Project Management and Agile Methodologies
Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership and external customers
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
Able to comprehend new concepts, ask pertinent questions, execute and document ideas and concepts with little to no day-to-day direction
Forward thinking individual that has a balance of practical hands-on technical and business process experience
Advanced experience with Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake are required
Preferred
Experience with the following is highly preferred: Jira, Salesforce, Gainsight, LogScale
