Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of novel data science solutions to address complex business problems across multiple product areas

Implement Machine Learning algorithms for recommendation systems, Generative AI, Large Language Models, clustering, classification problems, Natural Language Processing, content embedding, models etc.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to senior data scientists and teams across the organization

Develop end-to-end ML workflows for batch, real-time and near real-time usecases

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, engineers, Product Managers, customers, and partners

Required

Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning methods and algorithms across traditional ML methods and Deep Learning theory and techniques.

Experience developing and deploying large scale Machine Learning applications

Expertise in Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

Ability to write high quality code in Python, C++ or Java

Experience building data science products for large customer base (1M+ users)

Ability to empathize with our users and champion their experience.

Strong communication skills

High EQ and a strong inclination to build a highly effective, diverse team where all members feel respected, included and can bring their whole self to the job.

10+ years of relevant experience

BA/BS Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred

MS/PhD is highly desirable
