Responsibilities

Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club, including surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components

Manage mainline golf club projects from beginning to end: Oversee Product Objectives, Industrial Design, Product Management, Specs, Mass Properties, Product Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering.

Direct and Lead cross functional project team (Product Marketing, ID, CAD, Project Development, Research, Innovation, Legal) to oversee the design and development of entire club project

Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products

Translate new golf club concept renderings into 3D CAD models utilizing advanced CAD techniques

Engineer club performance through mass properties, testing, and engineering iterations

3D Print prototype club models for analysis

Coordinate with Development Team on pilot run and production runs

Initiate and strategize product testing and performance

Collaborate with Product Team on new golf club ideations

Pursue patent opportunities for new concepts, ideas, technologies, and products
