Responsibilities

Resolve highly complex technical design or service issues through root cause analysis.

Assist in RPI/RFP/RFQ processes for new technologies and engage in vendor management.

Validate new products and services, provide training, and recommend network parameter settings.

Provide input to Engineering for operational needs, define monitoring/troubleshooting requirements, and lead efforts to exceed network KPIs.

Participate in the interview process for senior-level Tier 2 engineers.
